Generally What should Be Happening

Mandated forum attendance to all seats in the alliance

- show up and tell us what is going on in the battalion
- let us know about alliances and enemy's
- discuss with each other what could better the alliance
-company commanders post to there company's
- delegate a task of the day
- help us get everyone involved in the forum i.e. send them travian mail to check the forum and there company
- leave it to each commander to push theree company to the forum make sure you push them and your self to attend

Company commanders

- get involved with your company
- have a village of the day program where we dont just constantly push 1 village everyone needs to grow and lower pop villages are easy to upgrade due to low costs
- include yourself with the village help dont just help everyone else your village is important too
- set active villages to produce certain things (troops, resources) to help the entire company

As a whole all company's

- commanders will be contacted by there company talk to other company commanders on the situation
- when in need ban together as one to help each other
- don't lose focus of the main goal of the game but don't go attack crazy strengthen yourself and your team together we will conquer all

Battalion

- each battalion should be in contact with your commanders and each other
- as a battalion chair holder make it your priority to check on your battalion and the forum
- get your teams more active with everyone this is a game but we are here to have fun together as well
- no one should be left out get active in recruiting push it onto the rest of your team as well try to recruit more larger villages but don't leave out the newcomers they are positive reinforcement if you help them they become loyal

Kingdom

as a whole we are the kingdom no one person stands alone and no one person is to take the weight of the whole upon themselves use checks and balances to strengthen our team so we will be the most powerful and feared of alliances no one expects the largest village in the kingdom to bear it all when it comes to war but also how can you expect the smaller ones to support the larger when they cant support themselves take care of your team to take care of yourself i'm not saying give everything to one person take care of your upgrades as needed but send the help were you can you never know when the help will be needed for yourself

Loyalty is key and strength get your loyal followers to strengthen your team make sure you know who is giving it there all for the greater of the whole soon those who are unloyal will show and be dealt with either being dismissed or a alliance farm

Check with your neighbor members where the good farms are if there is enough to share help each other dont be greedy share the wealth in pillaging the weak everyone will soon have there own farms to use the server is young
